The Minority Leader Alexander Afenyo-Markin is demanding answers on the reported GH¢22 billion in losses linked to GoldBod and the Bank of Ghana, questioning gold purchase prices, commissions, bonuses and off-taker transactions.

He says the losses could further strain Ghana’s fiscal space at a time when government says it lacks resources for jobs and critical infrastructure.

No matter how people engage in farming, prices of food stuffs will still be high because the one doing the farm is also buying other stuffs that are expensive. That farmer also buy soap , television, AC , airtime and so forth . There is nothing going to change in Africa
