FG finally withdraws from the fuel subsidy and price-fixing bazaar that had been rife with corruption and stalling investments. This is something patriots have been calling for and for which I was demonised.

Charles: “Can you realistically secure the ADC ticket where people like Atiku Abubakar and others are? And if you don’t, would you be willing to step aside for a stronger coalition candidate in order to defeat President Tinubu?”

STARTRIGHT LAGOS ENTREPRENEURSHIP: LASG CONCLUDES TRAINING FOR 250 MSMEs, START-UPS
No fewer than 250 participants are set to graduate after the StartRight Lagos Entrepreneurship Training Programme organised by the Lagos State Ministry of Wealth Creation and Employment, in collaboration with W-Holistic Business Solutions. The graduation ceremony will be held on Thursday at the Adeyemi-Bero Hall, Alausa, Ikeja.
The beneficiaries, drawn from across the state, underwent a rigorous entrepreneurship and startup development programme designed to equip them with practical business and financial management skills. The training covered critical areas, including understanding finances, record-keeping, business sustainability, and brand development, facilitated by W-Holistic Business Solutions.
Participants also took part in both physical and digital boot camps, with sessions focused on building comprehensive brand kits and positioning their businesses for growth in today’s competitive marketplace.
A major highlight of the programme is the competitive business pitching component, through which outstanding participants were shortlisted for advanced support. Following a series of pitching sessions, participants were pruned from 200 to 50, then from 50 to 15, and ultimately to 10 finalists. The final pitching event will be held on Thursday at the Adeyemi-Bero Auditorium, where the shortlisted businesses will compete to produce three winners.
The top three winners and all participants will receive financial support provided by the Ministry to enable them to scale their businesses and transition to the next level of growth.
Speaking on the initiative, the Honourable Commissioner for Wealth Creation and Employment, Hon. Akinyemi Ajigbotafe, expressed excitement over the progress recorded by the participants and reaffirmed the Ministry’s commitment to empowering entrepreneurs across the state.
According to him, the Ministry will continue to faithfully implement its mandate of job creation, enterprise development, and inclusive economic growth, ensuring that no one is left behind in Lagos State’s drive for sustainable wealth creation.
The StartRight Lagos Entrepreneurship Training Programme forms part of the Ministry’s broader strategy to equip MSMEs and start-ups with relevant skills, access to opportunities, and the support needed to thrive in the evolving economic landscape.

“Don’t bring your religious w@r agenda to Yoruba land. I bought this land from my pastor friend and built a mosque with the help of my pastor friend next door. The house behind me is his church. We have never fought. On my child’s wedding day, we went together with him carrying his Bible” - Muslim cleric says ❤️
