Daily Ukraine map thread for Thursday 22th October 2026
Dobropillya to Druzhkivka remains the main event, where the grey zone has been extended to account for 🇷🇺 Russian infiltrations. One important caveat is that we have probably been too generous with the boundaries, and the map consequently presents a worse-case picture than the situation on the ground warrants.
We shall retain our established methodology, as our users know what to expect from it. But you are intelligent people, and we trust you to read the map with that caveat firmly in mind. We'll firm it up once more information comes out.
Ukraine's Unmanned Systems continue to report extraordinary Russian casualties, many of which are in this sector. Yesterday alone, their drones inflicted 629 casualties: 354 wounded and 275 killed, according to figures verified by their verification teams. That is from Unmanned Systems drones alone, before we even consider the casualties inflicted by Ukraine's regular armed forces.
The Russians persist. The bodies pile up. Yet the prize they seek remains effectively beyond their grasp. There is a grim arithmetic to this offensive, and it is the Russians who continue to pay the bill.
Meanwhile, Ukrainian long-range weapons struck the 75th GRAU Arsenal in Russia's Moscow region, a facility associated with the storage, repair and refurbishment of military equipment, including air defence systems. Early reporting suggests that only one, perhaps two, storage sheds were struck. There is no evidence of a wider chain-reaction detonation.
Elsewhere, Russia continues its heavy strikes against purely civilian targets in Ukraine.
To the geolocators who work tirelessly, without payment, to document these horrific war crimes, we salute you. Your painstaking work ensures that these attacks cannot simply be ignored, dismissed, denied or forgotten even by those in power who seek to do so.
And to those who use our maps, please do not merely glance at the geolocation and move on. Consider what it represents. These attacks are occurring day after day, night after night, across Ukraine. Behind every coordinate lies a place where people live, work and die.
Contact your elected representatives. Demand continued military and humanitarian assistance for Ukraine. Admiration for the courage of the Ukrainian people is not enough. Words of solidarity are not enough. If you wish Ukraine to endure and the war to remain outside of your home, you must be prepared to help it do so.
BREAKING: UNLEASH HELL! Hunter Biden tears into Vivek Ramaswamy and the entire Republican Party for being pro-pedophile in a scathing takedown.
Finally, someone is calling a spade a spade...
"It’s not just Vivek Ramaswamy choosing pedophiles over people," the former President's son wrote on X.
Ramaswamy has ignited a firestorm of criticism for running a $4 million political ad featuring Donna Arthur, the mother of his Democratic opponent Amy Acton. In it, Arthur urges voters to shun her daughter at the ballot box. The problem is that Acton has accused Arthur of siding with her stepfather, who abused her when she was a child.
"Ken Paxton’s office offered a man who had faced child-sex-abuse charges a plea deal with one day in jail and no Texas sex-offender registration. Paxton now brags the man did 60. Hoffman served less than a month," Hunter continued.
"Donors named in the Epstein files gave nearly $4.7 million to Mike Rogers (MI) and groups backing him. Then Rogers said we have to 'protect somebody who got on an airplane and rode with him.'"
"Michael Whatley (NC) appointed a convicted child sex offender to NC GOP leadership and kept him there after parents objected. Trump called Whatley 'fantastic.'"
"As Arizona Senate president, Andy Biggs helped kill a bill to replace the police force in Colorado City, where Warren Jeffs’ child-rape cult held power. Marshals had helped return an underage bride who fled. Biggs says, 'I knew what was going on.' And he did nothing when he could have."
"Mike Collins (GA) voted against forcing the Epstein files out. Roger Marshall (KS) and Cindy Hyde-Smith (MS) voted to block an amendment that would have required their release. Now Epstein survivors are on TV telling voters what those votes meant."
"And Trump and JD Vance stand behind every one of these corrupt pieces of shit," he wrote. "This is the MAGA ticket. Every single one is on the ballot in two weeks."
"MAGA: Protecting Pedophiles Over People Every Time," Hunter concluded.
We couldn't have put it better ourselves! The Republican Party is an organized crime syndicate engaged in the coverup of the widespread abuse of children by powerful, connected people. The President himself is accused of heinous abuse in the Epstein files, and we still haven't seen the full, unredacted documents. God only knows what's still lurking under those little black bars.
It really is that simple. A vote for Republicans is a vote for pedophilia.
Please ❤️ and share if you'd never support one of these monsters!
Elon is now threatening the United States Government if he is investigated after the midterms. You know what eliminates those threats? Seizing all of his assets, nationalizing SpaceX, and putting him on trial for treason against the United States and war crimes against Ukraine. If he wants to threaten with all his money, take away all his fucking money.
🇮🇩 People in Indonesia are fed up (to put it mildly) with watching this happen over and over again.
Fires, toxic smoke, destruction of forests and wildlife, and the same people left to deal with the consequences while those responsible carry on regardless.
How much longer are people expected to put up with this?

When President Trump says we need to find a compromise – we live with this. A ceasefire and sitting down at the negotiating table – it is a huge compromise.
Nobody can step into the shoes of all these people whose children were tortured. And you can't force people to forgive. How can you force them when their child was tortured? How do you forgive? It's impossible. I desperately want justice. I just really want. I know so many people had their hearts ripped out, and there won't be a new heart.
That's why we say a ceasefire is the only step, because people’s hatred isn't going anywhere. It takes time and justice. And that's why it's a huge compromise. I've tried many times to tell the President of the United States: understand us. This is a huge compromise just to hold the lines where we are. Trump can bring Putin to the negotiating table very easily. The way President Trump talks about me, he needs to adopt that kind of rhetoric about Putin.

@mitchellvii Why waste people's time with faux optimism from flawed modeling? A ton of GOP and all IND going Talarico. That's why prediction markets have odds where they are. Trying to model by party when an incumbent has 31% approval and the candidate is a crook. It's not real. Please.

SpaceX Investor @GerberKawasaki tells me he’s not only “disgusted…from a humanity perspective” by restrictions on Starlink in Ukraine, but also: “…they've given everybody a reason not to use Starlink, that Starlink isn't reliable for national security for anybody but Trump.”
