@Shalltailors@DugdaleBros @DormeuilUK @batemanogdenltd is that a madras print i spy , someone pass me a spritzer , a boater and i'll see you on the terrace @Shalltailors loving the colours so good to see mens suits in such a great choice and it's not just black grey and navy blue .... though i am loving a bit of cobalt and saffron
@TheChicGeekcouk How about doing things with the sewing Bee crew teaching us how to fix garments, customise or completely pimp up things that we have to try and get so many away for wearing it once and throw it away. I' M lucky i can use a machine and do all this but would be great to have
@gracieopulanza how can we keep going with mass production we need to embrace the individual at home wanting to create and also keep the industry going .... Piecewirk little or no contact achieved so much
@TheChicGeekcouk like many companies trying to offer too many product types dilutes the brand. Look at what people constantly say about M & S , price, quality, and also not made in this country. If anything this should teach us it is to start bringing back elements of manufacture to this country
@TheChicGeekcouk yes very true, maybe one element could be that they work with leading interior companies that do what they are known for and concentrate on those elements. Collaboration is not a loss leader in many cases it elevates and causes a resurgence in interest
@TheChicGeekcouk then if all else fails maybe someone like John Lewis could take elements on board , they sell fabrics , furniture clothing curtains blinds could work as they also have a wide spectrum of customer regarding Laura Ashley
@gracieopulanza I can totally understand what you are going through i ran out of plain flour the other day. no pastry bottom for my left over pie from sunday dinner
