Why do I think this submission is a Top 3 contender? And why do I think it deserves to be selected and receive max votes?

• First of all, these are just my opinions, so take it easy.

- Art is beautiful in all its forms, but getting into endless debates about what is or isn’t a meme feels unnecessary to me.

• When it comes to this piece, I have to say that once I read the idea behind it (on top of the artwork itself being excellent), I was genuinely impressed.

- The way the artist brought together small recurring elements and motifs that appear throughout much of their work to create a larger whole is incredibly compelling.

• In the end, just as a cell depends on all of its tiny components to become something alive, you can see that same sense of wonder reflected here.

• That’s how I interpret it, at least.

- Those individual components are what built this piece. At its core sits a Gradient acting as the nucleus, almost like the center of a cell, and the entire composition feels like a living system.

• Much like Meme Cards themselves: living entities that become small parts of a larger, dynamic network while simultaneously existing as living cells within it.

- It’s genuinely fascinating to think about.

- If you check the post I quoted, you can dive deeper into the details and read the artist’s own explanation as well.

• And again, this isn’t just a strong piece of art. To me, it’s a real reflection of a system that is actively trying to become part of that very same system.

• And that’s what makes it so interesting.
