@EurekaForbes On 5th of January we registered a request for a one year servicing of our aquaguard and also made a payment of 1913.90 of the same. Since then the servicing is not addressed. We initially escalated it using WhatsApp then called customer care for 3 consecutive days.

@EurekaForbes Sharing the details of the service order. Customer name - Gaurab Mitra, customer code - 1014459942. Invoice no I24270335550, so no 9082734677. Also we got to know that your executives don't get payment on time for online transactions so they basically ignore those.

@EurekaForbes Till now no executive has called or come to do the service, we are forced to buy bottled water as the aquaguard is not in a functioning state. I am on the verge of going to the consumer forum and this is my last try to reach and get the issue resolved before that.

@andrewhall788 @thehedge1404 @MarwadiSunar It’s high time the two countries came together and resolved this issue. COVAXIN was given to us by the Indian Authorities after due approval. They simply thought waving a good product in the air was enough to bring in hordes of desi/videshi customers.

@DrBharatippawar .COVAXIN is not accepted by Germany. i am denied access to all essential places because COVAXIN is not accepted here. I have a son who is under 3 years and my daughter is only a week old. Why COVAXIN is not accepted by Germany, other nations have accepted this?

2G rules everywhere for the people in Germany who are unvaccinated and also who are vaccinated with WHO approved vaccine - Covaxin!!! We were among the first to acknowledge the importance of vaccine by taking it as soon as available! Now regret! #Covaxin

@BharatBiotech @DrRamineni I took covaxine last year & now i am facing problem to visit country like Germany as Covaxine is still not approved by Germany or EMA.The main surprising thing is that till date .@BharatBiotech hasn't approached EMA or authorized team of Germany. We are suffering for this
