@Nas_tech_AI That's just the half of it. Prepping for your defense is almost as important. Wrote about how you can use AI for this here https://t.co/MjJSxq1SOJ
So I cobbled together https://t.co/OBD2NHdXFx to try and help with a very specific problem: How do you "spar" with a live audience before the big day?
It's actually been pretty useful.
Yes, of course you could write a custom prompt and feed it to ChatGPT or Gemini. But I think being forced to actively listen to challenging questions without the comfort blanket of a transcript... and also overcoming the awkwardness of hearing yourself respond to said questions, is super powerful.
A couple days ago, I put the tool to the ultimate test: An actual PhD viva rehearsal.
Wrote about it here.

Probably my own micro tool, however it gives me an error saying "subscription_required".
But I think it's probably not a good use case for my app because the mandatory target audience drop down is pretty limiting.
For example, my app can be used by anybody who needs to prep for a presentation.
Just made the mother of all pivots. Might as well have scrapped the entire codebase.
But I ended up with a much more streamlined web app targeted at individuals rather than being reliant on groups.
And I find it increasingly useful for myself.

"Pitch to an AI audience that actually talks back."
Resumes, pitch decks, tech demos, PowerPoint/Keynote presentations etc.
Let me know what's broken. 1 day free trial.
@BatsouElef Haha, not really. It's one of those sites that has a very tiny niche. I'll be happy to just cover server and API costs which are pretty small.
@eliana_jordan No. Because the app is ridiculously cheap to begin with. And also because margins are so tight that free users can easily eat up all your API costs.
