@Se_Railway@MsCarolynDixon Which is it? Are trains running out of CST to Platform 3 or are they not? The announcements here are saying no trains until further notice. You could do so much more on comms for your passengers
@Se_Railway@wooders5000 It's the delayed 0746 NEH to CST. The lack of announcements from either driver or platform staff makes the situation even worse.
@BenJobson4@Se_Railway The 0746 has faulty doors at the rear. Not that you'd know, as there are no announcements on the train or platforms. So no-one can board the last four carriages.
@Se_Railway@kilotter Why have all the Cannon St trains been cancelled on the Sidcup Line? Why these specifically when you are running trains to CHX? You only provide us with two an hour at the best of times.
@Se_Railway@fgraham87640 Just FYI the buses from Eltham station to New Eltham are single deckers, only run every 15 to 20 minutes and completely inadequate for the number of commuters impacted by today's disruption. There are no direct buses from Dartford to New Eltham, Lee, or Mottingham.
@BenJobson4@Se_Railway I think two successive peak time cancellations on the Sidcup Line is more than just "some". 7.30 and 7.36 NEH services, unable to board 7.46 to CST as a result. A quick look at live departures for e.g. Charlton shows far fewer cancellations.
@Se_Railway will you hold the 1559 Sidcup Line service to give the passengers now having to change at LB to catch it, a chance to make the connection? Given that you cancelled it at CHX?
@Se_Railway I know, thanks. I also know passengers who have no choice but to use your services shouldn't have to allow 90 minutes to get to central London from zone 4 as i did today and it still wasn't enough.
@Se_Railway why is the already delayed 11.35 NEH to CHX sitting at Hither Green? You cancelled the previous Sidcup Line service as well. So this service is rammed. As usual, we can't rely on your company to get us anywhere on time.

@Se_Railway hello, I see that the lift between platform 8/9 and the concourse at London Bridge is now out of order, as well as the faulty down escalator. When will these be repaired? Not really good enough for mobility-impaired passengers to send them to Waterloo East, is it?
