@jboogie I've come across this challenge enough times to look for/write a paper on how to deal with it. Just committed for a current engagement to simultaneously write a WBS overview with GANTT and requirements while maintaining a refined product backlog 😖

The problem imo is that organisations still don't understand that there's a time and place for both agile and waterfall.

Companies and people tend to choose one and stick with it or go with a bad hybrid.

Agilists then push back.
