“…you’re telling your prospective partner, ‘I care more about ensuring my health and the health of those around me than I do about looking good.’ Let’s be honest: That’s kind of hot, right?”
LOL I tweeted this, & there are ppl under it asking me why I made him get a full year of free college done early. Apparently, I should’ve paid an extra $30,000 for him to spend 4 years in college to have more fun.
This is why I do not listen to the internet. 😂
And not just *any* dual credit classes. 100% of the ones he took count toward his degree, and several count toward his major.
Strategy wins every time.
J and I are sitting in his college orientation (😱😱😱😱), and he leaned over and said, “So wait…I can graduate in 3 years????”
I said, “Yes, son. That is why I made you take all of those dual credit classes. You’re a sophomore already. You’re welcome.”

@AmtrakAlerts The app is letting me modify because of the delays, but it’s not showing the particular train that I’m looking for.
Also, I texted the Amtrak number and am still waiting on a response. (I can’t talk right now, but I can type via text and the app.)
I DMed @Amtrak with my info.
My daughter is so funny. Her flag football team won a game & lost a game last night, so the boys were saying she “was trash” (she caught a pick & had a pretty good game).
When they asked to use her hotspot in the car, she said no.
They were so shocked. She didn’t bend either.
LinkedIn recruiters truly need to pay attention to who they’re emailing. Why would I give up a full-time role for a 6month contract job that maybe has an opportunity to extend? Why would I take an analyst role when I’m an attorney?
