@thisjackkaido@jon_harry7 Oooof, got pulled away and couldn’t stay tuned to bid war at the final moments! Alas, congrats to bubba 🔥 We’ll just have to get em on the next one gents 🫡 Thanks for the auction @jon_harry7
@ryanstruck@CozomoMedici I don’t think there’s a black and white answer here but as a general rule I view the absence of an explanation or context to the art as a cop out. The artist isn’t confident they accomplished their intent (or had no intent) so they hide behind the wild imagination of the audience
@GuidoDisalle My second Guido now! 😬 So does the underlying token change pre and post merge? Not too familiar with the technical details— Cool idea to distinguish the 1/1 this way
@GuidoDisalle@siciliankissdao I enjoy this game we’ve been playing where you come up with more and more creative ways to burn kisses and I stand on the wall steadfastly refusing to burn such gorgeous lips 😂
@punk9059 Just a few months ago, the comments would have been filled almost exclusively with PFP project plugs—now there’s a lot of art. I think that’s pretty damn cool 👀
@lphaCentauriKid Brilliant idea👀 Riffing along with it—what about a Nouns-ish style contract that mints an ACK piece you’ve held back every [time period] with proceeds going to your ACK Estate wallet. Hell at this rate of AI innovation, it could be an ever-minting series of AI-ACK derivatives
@clairesilver Something I’ve been mulling over lately: isn’t AI art limited by the sophistication of the software you’re running? And, therefore, AI artists without access to DALL-E 2 could not realistically compete in the same market as those who do?
@AdamLevitin @punk6529 Nice thread Adam—thanks for putting this on the radar. Why can’t you perfect a security interest in a digital asset? (Or crypto asset if my expanded term makes a difference in the answer)
