@RBI @RBI, how is @AxisBank getting away with their holier than thou attitude and continuous disregard of RBI policies especially in deceased settlement? Are customers lifesavings only serving towards increasing the monthly branch targets? Inquiry needed. Urgent.

@RBI @AxisBank has defied all ur clauses, I am a joint ac holder as well as court appointed sole executrix of my parents probated will, still the bank has not settled the deceased claim inspite of submission of ALL docs. Boldly defying you @RBI. Action needed.

@saratprabhug @AxisBankSupport @RBI I was forced to contact the @RBI ombudsman but they have their timelines. However what @AxisBank bank has been doing is against any ethical or even humanitarian considerations.. makes me wonder whether the delay in deceased settlements are incentivised?
