This man emits auch a toddler-esque essence it's crazy.

[Paul Saladino, MD @paulsaladinomd]

People think I’m crazy…

Not just for chugging honey daily, but for how I travel in general. Idk if you’ve seen the reactions to me bringing coconuts through security.. 😅

But let me say this…

When you’re on the go without preparation, this is where it’s most likely for us to get tripped up.

You’re hungry and your only options are airport McDonald’s, Starbucks, or seed oil soaked bar food… BRUTAL.

For me, I’m just not taking that risk. Why?

My health is my #1 priority.

Feeling great is my #1 priority.

Mental clarity is my #1 priority

Sleeping well is my #1 priority.

I love the work I do. I love helping people heal themselves through diet. I love educating about how to live optimally. For that, I need to be sharp every single day, no excuses.

I love surfing, being in nature, moving my body, and having endless energy. I love feeling my absolute best. Adequately fueling my body to continue doing these things. It’s a non-negotiable.

I will never sacrifice how I perform and feel for a quick treat. I mean it when I say I haven’t had a cookie or slice of pizza in over 10 years.

Let me be clear… I do understand I am on the extreme end here 😂 but I think knowledge is power, and so many people are suffering today with chronic illness, obesity, diabetes, bloating, fatigue, low energy, brain fog and bad sleep.

Being INTENTIONAL about your diet is, in my opinion, the SINGLE most powerful lever you can pull to reverse all of these things.

So call me crazy all you want, but I’ll take crazy for daily mental clarity, focus, energy, and a life lived to the fullest.

Eat like a human. This is how you thrive.

retreat into self-isolation is an immediate solution to virtually every problem in life but will gradually result in an inevitable and total demise of oneself

[sensitivelifter @sensitivelifter]

Do you know how much I have to bite my tongue every day to not viciously tear into the banality of modern day life during everyday conversations?

[sensitivelifter @sensitivelifter]

The cookie will crumble. Now, it may crumble slowly and not all at once, but it in the end it always does.

[sensitivelifter @sensitivelifter]

this.

[Hawaiian Hyperborean @tropicalgreekSS]

Hitler being a homeless vagrant with no accomplishments in Vienna when he was 25 is my only cope left.

[sensitivelifter @sensitivelifter]

@werther_n Worth it for sure

[sensitivelifter @sensitivelifter]

At 20 years old Gym/good physique seems like nothing special but trust me if you stick to it you'll be above and beyond the average person even at 25.

[sensitivelifter @sensitivelifter]

We´re all used to the terms mogger and mogging being thrown around.

But i´m coining a new term: the moggee.

If the one from whom the mogging emanates is said to be the mogg-er, then it only follows logically, that the recipient of said mogging should be called the mogg-ee.

[sensitivelifter @sensitivelifter]

Scary how quickly bodily alienation happens. A person may turn 18, enter college or get a desk job and then never utilize their body to it's full extent ever after. Sad. A mind in a vacuous shell.

[sensitivelifter @sensitivelifter]

My mornings have become an utter shitshow. Wake up feeling like I've been hit by a truck. Takes a good 2-3 hours of coping to feel somewhat functional again.

[sensitivelifter @sensitivelifter]

Can you be such a grandious fuck up, that it goes from being a sign of mediocrity to a sign of exceptionality?

[sensitivelifter @sensitivelifter]

Worst of all is that you can't take a break from it. If you decide to not work at all or to take a chill position for some time that will be noted a "bad" on your ledger and make it will be harder for you in the future to come out of it.

[sensitivelifter @sensitivelifter]

The brutality of CV's is that they're like a ledger that runs 24/7 and determines your worth as a human being in an abstract but very real sense.

[sensitivelifter @sensitivelifter]

Is this the cure to make loneliness?

[Nelly @NocturnalNelly]

DHT in isolation is not the enemy.

Certainly not YOUR enemy.

Never used any hair support.

Used many Provirons.

[sensitivelifter @sensitivelifter]

Have to give praise to the brand Decathlon. Of course they're flooding the market with slop for the rabble, but for the young faustian man of gumption they provide the necessary adventuring hardware at an incredible low entry point cost wise.

[sensitivelifter @sensitivelifter]

@Yamnayanage that's racist

[sensitivelifter @sensitivelifter]

"Don't judge a book by it's cover" is such a funny misnomer because there absolutely is such a thing as book physiognomy. You can definitely pick out the slop just by glancing at the cover.

[sensitivelifter @sensitivelifter]

almost time of the year to dress like a badly written Jason Statham character again

[sensitivelifter @sensitivelifter]

Schopenhauer on national pride:
- sign of lacking individual qualities
- serves as lowest common denominator
- Individuality outweighs nationality
- national character is derived from the masses - therefore reflects bad traits
- "every nation mocks the other and all are right"

[sensitivelifter @sensitivelifter]

@br0tos Sounds a little gay but probably true
