We analyzed four of the top job and career websites, @LinkedIn, @Indeed, @Glassdoor, and @ZipRecruiter, over the last year in the US, to see whoโs winning online, which channels are driving performance, who topped ROAS, and True Audience reach across mobile app and website.
Utilizing our enhanced Web, Mobile App, and Pathmatics Ad Insights, we found:
1๏ธโฃ While LinkedIn was the hands-down winner in total website visits with 84% share between the four sites, ZipRecruiter was the only site to record double digit growth, PoP.
2๏ธโฃ ChatGPT saw 2.2% of outbound web traffic flow from Indeed's website - an increase of 72%
3๏ธโฃ Indeed was the only brand whose users engaged primarily on their app with 47.8%
4๏ธโฃ Indeed's digital ad spend outpaced the other three combined by 160%, but they didn't get the highest ROAS.
