Agreed !!! Balance was not maintained during the covid time, while whole world was jobless. They deducted on Jan 2022, then they another one on yesterday 30th Mar. Now for March also some amount deducted while i was maintaining minimum balance due to this issue 1/2

@KotakCares Thank you for your response, however i do have some reservations on subject deductions. As a bank you are legally correct but think about it ethically is it okay ??!! If i received such straight forward message i would have taken better decision on where to park my money 1/2

@KotakCares First i was mislead by your staff then after deducting they dont want to be straight forward and response. Instead i was promised for reimbursement, then saga of AQB continues till date. I am not an exceptional while whole world was suffering through pandemic. 2/2

@KotakCares I told relationship manager will not park my funds until they come up the clear amount how much they are planning to cut for non-maintenance. The problem is whole load of different informations i get from your staff. That is the problem 2/2
