The rules seem to change depending on when the story needs Felix to be present or absent, rather than following a consistent in-universe explanation. So, if you want to improve Felix’s character, stop sidelining him with explanations that contradict what we’ve already seen.

The issue isn’t that Felix lives in England, it’s that his role feels inconsistent. If the explanation is that he can’t participate in team meetings or battles because he lives in England, then how do we explain his appearance in Revelator?
