ชาวบ้านในจังหวัดอุดรมีชัยของกัมพูชา ได้บันทึกภาพและเปิดเผยถึงเหตุการณ์ที่ทหารกัมพูชานำรถยิงจรวดหลายลำกล้อง RM-70 ขนาด 122 มม. เข้ามาในหมู่บ้านของตน ซึ่งมีประชากรอาศัยอยู่กว่า 600 คน โดยมีการกล่าวหาว่า การกระทำนี้เป็นการใช้พลเรือนของตนเองเป็นโล่มนุษย์ ก่อนที่จะเปิดฉากยิงจรวดโจมตีพื้นที่ชายแดนของประเทศไทย จากนั้นจึงได้ถอนกำลังทหารและยุทโธปกรณ์ออกจากหมู่บ้านดังกล่าว

Villagers in Oddar Meanchey Province have documented and revealed images showing Cambodian soldiers bringing RM-70 122mm multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) into their village, which is home to over 600 residents. It is alleged that this action constitutes the use of their own civilians as human shields before launching rocket attacks targeting Thailand's border areas. Following the attack, military forces and equipment were reportedly withdrawn from the village.
