SENSE AND SENSIBILITY (2026) the adaptation that you are! And this is coming from someone who will ride and die for the book! This take is bold, ferocious, sweeping, swoon-y and I cannot believe I’m saying this but it actually had me on the edge of my seat! I’m floored.

[cece @sentimentalcece]

@mandolirium 😭😭😭😭 almost there!!!

[cece @sentimentalcece]

Colonel Brandon does this extremely flirty (but respectful) thing that literally had Marianne do a double take and I kid you not, I was close to tearing my hair out. They are legit SO HOT.

[cece @sentimentalcece]

i just know their version of colonel brandon and marianne is hot

[cece @sentimentalcece]

@SukiDaisukii_ He eventually takes back the jokes especially about Colonel Brandon and Marianne (Herbert fully shutting him down by saying that they 100% have a love marriage and that it was "super passionate") but Frank was really offended by Willoughby being called slimy even though he is!!

[cece @sentimentalcece]

I can’t wait for this to finally release worldwide so we can stop with all the Willoughby nonsense.

A new trailer for Georgia Oakley’s ‘SENSE AND SENSIBILITY’ has been released. 🎥

Starring Daisy Edgar-Jones, George MacKay, Esme Creed-miles, Caitríona Balfe and more.

In theatres on October 16.

@SukiDaisukii_ It's the fangirl nation interview. He basically got super defensive while defending Willoughby and though he has points, they're not contextually right either esp. regarding the difference between men and women's rights back then.

@la_loulu The way Margaret is described in the novel as being a lot like Marianne but without her sense is depicted so well in this version. The script really breathed life into her and who she is around her sisters, her mum and even how she sees people around her including the Colonel!
