@Vivek_Togi2611@Moto_Support Many people all over India are facing the same issue. As a law student I find this negligence completely disheartening. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. The phone is amazing but this sudden crash is unexpected and is reprehensive.
@MoCA_GoI This is regarding the terrible experience with @tata_neu. I had booked a flight for today, 10th Feb on 7th Feb. The app showed me successful booking done. However, on 8th Feb, an Email arrived saying the amount has been refunded. More story in thread.
@MoCA_GoI@tata_neu One thing left was, the issue that they had told me was the seat that I booked was actually not available and was filled. The app should be able to handle such concurrent business case and more over, how can such issue occur twice? Furthermore, if I would have got informed....

@MoCA_GoI@tata_neu It is a shame that just basic application flows are not tested thoroughly. I am unaware if there is any auditing that happens for such critical softwares. Such critical applications must be audited by third parties and then only made public to users.
@MoCA_GoI@tata_neu Being an engineer myself in software, I would have understood the issue and if the issue is permanent of not, only if you are willing to explain it to me. Due to the negligence, a lot of time, energy and money got wasted.

The inconvenience caused in this ruckus is immense and I would not refrain from ever using the Tata Neu app, at least for flight booking. All my neu coins earned I feel now are a waste.
@MoCA_GoI@tata_neu So I booked the flight for Monday, 12 Feb. To my utmost demise, the flight got cancelled again and the money was again refunded to me today. The customer care was busy as always and I was just sitting their with no means to go back to Bangalore.
@MoCA_GoI@tata_neu The only reason, I was booking through @tata_neu app, was because I could get good discounts using the neu coins I had gained. So this was the only reason I now booked again. I had to delay my stay at Delhi now, since the prices of the flight on 10th Feb had skyrocketed.
@MoCA_GoI@tata_neu The customer care took up around 4-5 hours in just discussing among themselves and even though they assured me that they will give me a callback, it did not happen. After not getting any answer, I resolved to book my ticket again.
@MoCA_GoI@tata_neu To my surprise, the booking was cancelled and the amount was refunded to me. When I again checked the flight prices, they had increased a lot. On asking the customer care, they responded that it was an issue in their backend system and their is nothing that they can do.
