September 3 2025 no broadband 4.30am - 6.30am

[Ann @sentosaprincess]

@virginmedia we have regular failure of our broadband equipment which needs restarting 2-3 times each week. Trying to report this but Chat, WhatsApp & call result in an endless cycle. Need help to resolve this.

[Ann @sentosaprincess]

@virginmedia @illdoit2morr0w Already spent Saturday night Communicating with your ChatBot! Then promised a WhatsApp which never arrived. Then asked for my mobile number and promised a call within 5 mins. Call never arrived.

[Ann @sentosaprincess]

@virginmedia @illdoit2morr0w Just checked. No. We have to reset our equipment at least 2-3 times per week due to no broadband.

[Ann @sentosaprincess]

@virginmedia @illdoit2morr0w The issues in Middleton St. George DL2 are ongoing. The service is down every couple of days! Impossible to work from home!!!!

[Ann @sentosaprincess]

@virginmedia Broadband is down yet again.

[Ann @sentosaprincess]

@virginmedia Yes yesterday I think the service was down 3 times, however, over the past months, our broadband goes off at least 3 times per week, always on a Tuesday Morning! This is making working from home very difficult! It’s not the service that you promised!

[Ann @sentosaprincess]

@virginmedia please contact me regarding my mum’s contract. Over 4 hours trying to sort this out! This is causing unnecessary stress. Your customer service is disgraceful. I await your response.

[Ann @sentosaprincess]

Max Verstappen, what an utter prick. Go on then lovers - defend that. The guy is a prize bell-end, end of. And “yeah but the guy’s a born winner” won’t do. He’s just royally shat on a loyal team mate who’s helped him to two world titles. Way to go 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 #F1 #BrazilianGP

The U15’s played out of their skins today at the U16 Tier 3 Area Finals. They came up against some tough opposition but remained calm to get through to the semifinals where they lost 1-0 to the eventual winners. An outstanding performance a year early for this super bunch! 🥉🏑

[Matt Gallagher @MattP1Gallagher]

Why did they send Tsunoda back out on used soft tyres to only stop out on track??

Wtf??

[Jordan @F1_Jordan]

I don’t believe the initial issue was fake, but if I believe anyone would make the decision to send him back out knowing he could stop on track in a opportunistic place it’s that Red Bull setup.

@F1 Red Bull fixing the race again 🤣🤣

[Jordan @F1_Jordan]

AlphaTauri have literally been given a free chance to manipulate the race here
