I want to explain something that sounds technical but is actually very simple.
Your gut lining is one cell thick.
One cell separating the contents of your intestine from your bloodstream.
When that barrier breaks down, which happens through chronic stress, NSAIDs, alcohol, processed food, and certain infections, undigested food particles and bacterial toxins enter your blood directly.
Your immune system mounts a response. Systemic inflammation becomes the default. Autoimmune conditions, food sensitivities, brain fog, skin issues, and joint pain often trace back here.
What helps rebuild it: L-glutamine. Zinc carnosine. Collagen and bone broth. Fermented foods. Removing the triggers.
Heal the gut and you often solve problems that had no apparent connection to digestion.
It is almost always where I start. 💪🏻
I want to simplify something that the wellness industry has made unnecessarily complicated.

Pregnancy nearly doubles your iron requirement. Many women never catch back up.
The standard hemoglobin test that OBs run misses this. Hemoglobin only drops once iron stores are severely depleted. You need a full iron panel: serum iron, TIBC, transferrin saturation, and ferritin.
Ferritin alone is misleading. It rises with inflammation, infection, and stress, so you can have high ferritin and still be functionally iron deficient if your transferrin saturation is low.
If you're postpartum and having excessive hair shedding, brain fog, brittle nails, ice cravings, cold hands, breathlessness, or restless legs at night, get a full iron panel.
Also, most iron supplements (especially ferrous sulfate) cause constipation and nausea. Heme iron from beef, liver, dark meat, and oysters is 2 to 3x more bioavailable and easier on your gut. Pair it with vitamin C to double absorption. Coffee and tea cut absorption in half, so keep them away from meals.
After every baby, spend 6-12 months to intentionally rebuild your iron stores. Your body has been building someone else's blood. You need to rebuild your own.
Have you ever wondered why many parents can be absolutely 100% confident in their decision to never vaccinate their children?

Key findings include:
- Brain Dysfunction: 8 in the vaccinated group and 0 in the unvaccinated
- Diabetes: 42 in the vaccinated group and 0 in the unvaccinated
- ADHD: 262 in the vaccinated group and 0 in the unvaccinated
- Behavioral Disability: 165 in the vaccinated group and 0 in the unvaccinated
- Learning Disability: 65 in the vaccinated group and 0 in the unvaccinated
- Intellectual Disability: 5 in the vaccinated group and 0 in the unvaccinated
- Tics: 46 in the vaccinated group and 0 in the unvaccinated
- Other Psychological Disability: 9 in the vaccinated group and 0 in the unvaccinated
Parents who have 100% unvaccinated children say similar things:
“10 months old and thriving. She’s had a cold one time but a quick recovery. She also has had one fever that lasted six hours. Broke on its own with no medication.”
“My youngest is a black belt, age 12, writing and producing his own music, and has never had an illness other than a case of poison ivy and a head cold.”

It takes a lot to reject the mainstream narrative and instead follow a path of health and wellness for your children, but it is possible, and even more so when you know which books to read, which documentaries to watch, which doctors to see, which natural remedies to use, and how to find others of like mind who can share your stories, concerns and/or wisdom with.

Unvaccinated Children
You can be walking around with osteopenia at 35 and not know it.
Women lose 3 to 7% of their bone density during 6 months of breastfeeding. After two or three babies without proper replenishment, that loss compounds.
Your baby pulls calcium from your bones to build their skeleton during pregnancy and through breast milk afterward. Your body handles this by ramping up calcium absorption. The question is whether you replace what gets taken.
The biggest drivers of bone recovery postpartum, in order of impact:
Tier 1 (the heavy hitters):
- Eating enough. Underfueling stunts recovery.
- Estrogen returning, either when your cycles come back or during another pregnancy.
- Protein, roughly 1g per pound of bodyweight.
- Strength training. Your bones build and hold density in response to load.
Tier 2:
- Calcium from food (dairy, sardines, small fish with bones)
- Vitamin D from sun and food
Tier 3:
- Magnesium
- Vitamin K, including K2
Your OB probably won't test bone density until menopause. Your prenatal vitamin almost certainly underdoses calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D. By the time anyone flags it, the loss has been compounding for years.

Get this book. Keep the link in your phone. Then anytime one of your friends is having a baby or taking their child to the doctor for " well baby checks" ( nothing more than a chance to induct your child into a lifetime of pharmaceutical control) then send them the article. One parent at a time. This is how we finally kill this sacred cow.
Signs you are still postpartum depleted, even if your last baby was years ago:
- Hair shedding more than usual
- Constant low grade fatigue
- Brain fog where you can't think clearly like you used to
- Waking body temperature consistently under 98°F
- Cold all the time, especially hands and feet
- Cracks at the corners of your mouth
- Bleeding gums when you brush
- Brittle nails or ridges
- Heavier periods with clots
- Worse PMS than before pregnancy
- Low libido compared to before
- Trouble building or keeping muscle
- Anxiety that wasn't there before
- Frequent colds or infections
Pregnancy and breastfeeding pull nutrients out of you on a scale most women never fully recover from. Your nutrient stores are depleted by birth, and they don't bounce back without intentionally refilling them. Each subsequent pregnancy compounds the deficit.
If your labs look "normal" and you still feel like a shell of yourself years after birth, you're most likely depleted. The path back is the same as it was the first month postpartum: beef, eggs, fish, organ meat, full fat dairy, bone broth, fruits, fresh juices, enough carbs and enough calories to rebuild.
Signs your progesterone is low, even if your labs come back "normal":
- Spotting for 2-3 days before your actual period starts
- Short luteal phase (under 12 days from ovulation to period)
- Breast tenderness or pain in the second half of your cycle (mild fullness for a day or two is normal, actual pain is not)
- Anxiety that ramps up in the second half of your cycle
- Trouble staying asleep in the week before your period
- Mood swings or rage before your period
- Headaches that show up like clockwork before your period
- Heavy or prolonged periods
- Feeling cold in your luteal phase when you should feel warmer
Progesterone is what holds the second half of your cycle together. When it is low, you hear these alarm bells. Most of these get dismissed as PMS or "normal" because the medical system has not been taught to treat low progesterone as the root cause.
The most common reason it gets missed on labs is timing. Progesterone needs to be tested 7 days after YOUR ovulation, not on Day 21 of an assumed cycle.
Your breath is the one part of your autonomic nervous system you can consciously control.
And most people never use it.
Here is a simple practice that takes four minutes and changes your entire physiological state.
- Inhale slowly through your nose for four counts.
- Hold for four counts.
- Exhale slowly through your nose for six counts.
- Repeat for four minutes.
The extended exhale activates your vagus nerve and shifts your nervous system from stress mode into rest and recovery mode.
Cortisol drops. Heart rate slows. Mental clarity improves.
Do this before a stressful meeting. Before a meal. Before bed.-
Hi Beverly. I personally would not give my newborn the vitamin K shot. They usually will not let the child leave the hospital without one if they get circumcised there though if it’s a boy. In Europe, they use vitamin K drops which are real vitamin K. Not black box warning synthetic vitamin K that is dangerous and can cause death.
Eating every couple hours is one of the worst things you can do for your gut.

In 1958, the American Academy of Pediatrics issued clear warnings:
• No child with atopic eczema (or other skin disorders) should be vaccinated.
• No child should be vaccinated if a family member has eczema.
• Parents must be warned of the dangers.
• In some cases, siblings had to be completely separated for 21 days after vaccination.
They treated eczema as a serious contraindication.
Fast forward to today… and doctors claim they “don’t know what causes eczema” while injecting babies with multiple shots at once.
Same bodies. Same immune systems. Very different story.
The more you dig, the clearer it gets.

The Hepatitis B vaccine is given on Day 1 of life.
The most fragile moment your child will ever be. Fresh out of the womb.
You'd assume - you'd demand - that a product injected into a hours-old newborn was tested with the highest possible scientific rigor.
Here's what the package insert actually says:
147 children. 5-day observation window. No placebo group.
That's it. That's the study.
If your baby died on day six, the trial missed it. If something went wrong on day ten, the trial missed it.
The manufacturers can say "no babies died in our trial" because the trial ended before they'd ever know.
Meanwhile, Grandpa's Viagra got a 10-year safety study.
And here's what makes me absolutely furious: The FDA will let a Stage 4 cancer patient, someone who is dying, wait years for a drug showing real promise in trials because "safety protocol must be followed." We'll let terminal patients die in the name of scientific rigor.
But a perfectly healthy baby, born to a perfectly healthy mother who just tested negative for Hepatitis B (a sexually transmitted disease) gets injected on Day 1 of life based on a 5-day study of 147 kids.
No placebo. No long-term follow-up. No justification.

🚨 BREAKING: Newly released Epstein documents show Jeffrey Epstein and Bill Gates's science advisor Boris Nikolic privately discussed how to overcome African resistance to vaccination campaigns.
Their solution? "Candles and small mirrors, the same as the Americans did with their native Indians."
In a March 2013 email, Epstein tells Nikolic he consulted his "best sources" — people whose conclusions he says are "very often better than the list of the various 26 three-letter agencies."
The topic: Nigerian communities resisting a polio program "associated with both the west and with bill and melinda."
Epstein's source — described as "the most sophisticated, experienced and successful of the group, great experience in countries of your interest" — offered this advice:
"If he wants to get their consent, he needs to use candles and small mirrors, the same as the Americans did with their native Indians."
Nikolic's response?
"Great input — I guess we will need colorful beads and mirrors."
This is Bill Gates's senior science advisor — the man later named backup executor of Epstein's will — laughing along with a colonial metaphor about manufacturing consent from African populations.
Nigeria's distrust of Western vaccination wasn't irrational. In 1996, Pfizer tested an experimental drug on children during a meningitis outbreak in Kano. Eleven children died. The resulting Trovan scandal fueled decades of vaccine hesitancy across northern Nigeria.
But in this private exchange, African resistance isn't treated as a legitimate grievance rooted in lived experience.
It's treated as a problem to be outmaneuvered with trinkets.
Epstein also predicted that Boko Haram would begin kidnapping polio workers for ransom — a prediction that proved largely correct.
He wasn't guessing. He was receiving intelligence-grade analysis from sources he claimed outperformed the CIA.
And he was routing it directly to the man who controlled Bill Gates's scientific agenda.
Nikolic told Epstein: "I would rather seek your opinion than seek opinion of 1,000 of global health experts."
Think about that. The person advising the world's largest private health funder trusted a convicted sex offender's intelligence network more than the entire global health establishment.
Publicly, the Gates Foundation describes its work in Africa as "community-centered" and "evidence-based."
Privately, the people shaping that work compared winning African consent to trading beads with Native Americans.
That's not a communications problem.
That's a legitimacy problem.
