@fccpcnigeria@NERCNG@IBEDC_NG@IBEDC_Disco A Band B bill should not come with Band E service.
Thank you for your attention to this as we hope to receive prompt action on this matter
Concerned residents
@fccpcnigeria@NERCNG@IBEDC_NG@IBEDC_Disco Explain why Band B customers are receiving such inadequate supply.
• Address the conduct and responsiveness of the officials managing the feeder.
• Ensure residents are appropriately compensated/adjusted where applicable for services not delivered.
@fccpcnigeria@NERCNG@IBEDC_NG@IBEDC_Disco However, the reality we experience is completely different.
We hardly receive up to 4 hours of electricity in a day, and, frustratingly, the little supply we get often comes at odd hours deep into the night when most residents have little or no practical use for it.
@fccpcnigeria@NERCNG@IBEDC_NG@IBEDC_Disco This is unacceptable. If residents are being charged under Band B, we expect the corresponding service level.
Even more concerning is the nonchalant attitude of the IBEDC Relationship Managers responsible for our feeder.
Good evening @fccpcnigeria@NERCNG ,
This is a formal complaint against @IBEDC_NG@IBEDC_Disco,
Residents of Ashi-Bodija Business unit, under the Bashorun Feeder of IBEDC, are officially on Band B and are billed accordingly.
@IBEDC_NG Ashi Bodija last saw light on Saturday evening, for over 1.momth now weven been having less than 24 hours a week for a place where we pay Band B price. You guys are unbelievable
Between yesterday and today,I've seen 2 instances of harassment by these men on passengers who are even oblivious to any known law that forbids pressing of phone in checkpoint.
If this is a law, then the Army should place a caution sign before the checkpoints to warn passengers
The @HQNigerianArmy should as a matter of urgency address the incessant harassment of passengers in the various checkpoints around Ekiti and Ondo State. There is no law that bars passengers from pressing their mobile phones while approaching the checkpoints.
@IBEDC_NG Everytime I love in an area the light is managed by IBEDC it's an era of Blackout. Even Enugu Disco is far better than this rubbish disco. Crazy lots
@IBEDC_NG For over 5 days, it's been total blackout for residence around CAC oke agbara Ashi-Bodija while the feeder that feeds the Church is powered. IBEDC charge us for as much as the range of Band B and we can't boast of light for 6 hra daily and currently total blackout for 5 days
@FirstBankngr Transferred 50k yesterday from my First mobile, transaction failed, I was debited and up till now the recipient which happen to be myself is yet to receive value, neither has my money been reversed. Did I make a mistake changing my bank to First Bank ?
