Customers are loving the output from the tools within the /labs section of SEOTesting and the AI summaries we can generate for Content Groups, Test results, and End of Month reports.
I knew the request would come soon to save the output and stop regenerating each time, so we've added the ability to do this.
Inspired by one of @thetafferboy's Unsolicited SEO tips, I used @sitebulb to crawl our site and identify pages that were only internally linked to via pagination-type URLs.
Two new content hubs and the removal of some dead pages have made things look much tidier.
Still a little bit to do - but my eyes prefer it, and it seems Google does too 🥳
Everyone in marketing is talking about Chatbots and LLMs - ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and the rest.
Two big questions keep coming up:
• How often do we appear in them?
• And how do we optimise to appear more often?
While we can’t yet see the prompts that surface our content inside these models, there is one thing we can measure today:
👉 How many clicks LLM chatbots are sending to your site - and which pages get them.
We’ve released a new LLM Traffic Pages report in SEOTesting, powered by your Google Analytics data.

This report shows you which pages are receiving traffic from major LLM chatbots.
And because LLMs tend to use longer, more conversational queries, we take this a step further. Click into any URL from the report, and you’ll see Search Console queries of seven words or more, which can help inspire the types of prompts users (or LLMs themselves via query fan-out) may be using to surface your content.
Are we making some assumptions? Absolutely. But until OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google share real prompt data, this is the best signal we have - and it’s already proving useful.
Now for the fun part: optimisation.
Our LLM Time-Based Tests let you see how changes to a page impact chatbot-driven traffic over time. Just like SEO tests, you can also run back tests on historical changes.
SEO, GEO, AEO, LLMO - whatever you call it, we’ve now got a way to measure it.

A couple of really useful improvements to the Cannibalization report in SEOTesting.
1, Option to ignore URLs with a utm parameters in it. They sneak in to GSC data even with canonicals set up!
2, A threshold value for URLs to decide if there is a cannibalization issue. This can be set on impressions or clicks.
The threshold value improves the report massively. It reduces the number of false positive queries being reported where there isn't a cannibalization issue to fix.
