📢 261005 | JOINT STATEMENT

Hello, this is KIM JUNSEO GLOBAL. Along with ALPHADRIVEONE GLOBAL and the rest of the solo global fanbases, we are sincerely addressing the ongoing concerns regarding @mnetplus PLUSCHAT.

Recently, JUNSEO and other members of ALD1 have been subjected to malicious and hateful messages on Plus Chat on numerous occasions, whether through comments on their posts or repeated spam during their live broadcasts. Although it’s supposed to be a platform to spread love to the beloved artists, it has now become a space for malicious, hateful, and threatening comments directed towards them.

It has been brought to our attention that during JUNSEO’s lives, hateful comments are repeatedly spammed which may be seen by him, alongside the past instances of hate spam on his posts. The hate that JUNSEO has endured has continued since BOYS II PLANET, and this is extremely concerning.

We strongly urge Mnet Plus to strengthen their moderation and reporting systems, potentially providing block feature for the artists, removing malicious and threatening comments immediately, and taking appropriate disciplinary action against individuals responsible for repeated harassment. We also urge Mnet Plus to consider restricting or permanently banning these individuals from official events, including fansigns, fan meetings, and fancalls, where appropriate.

We ask MNET to take this issue with the highest level of seriousness and urgency, as targeted harassment and threats towards the artist should not continue. A Google Drive folder containing evidence of the aforementioned incidents has also been compiled for reference.

Thank you,
KIM JUNSEO GLOBAL
