SepFluor was founded in 2006 to explore for, mine and beneficiate fluorspar. Current primary projects are Nokeng Fluorspar Mine and Wallmannsthal mining project
We have gone a long way in our engagements with the industry in 6 months. The mining companies are not an enemy to @DMR_SA. @DMR_SA is not an enemy to companies. Workers are not our enemy. Communities are not our enemy. We can only make this industry better when we work together
We must elevate HR, management of people in the industry, to Strategic Human Resource management. It must not work as a consultant of mining companies. It should be integrated in the stakrategic team of companies so that every manager can appreciate the role of workers
We need to increase the contribution of mining in the GDP of the country. We must also improve our rating internationally. Skills are important, because a skilled workforce improves the performance in any area. We should modernise management in #MiningInSA#InvestingInSA
We need to grow production in #MiningInSA. People tend to ignore the role played by the mines, which they term as small mines. If we pull together a number of these small mines, the result will be big. I encourage these mines to never underestimate their contribution
It is workers who convert investment into wealth. We must begin to appreciate the value of workers. If we treat workers as just numbers, we will get low morale #InvestingInSA#MiningInSA
