I really thought @getDolly was a super helpful app. I was excited to use it & even recommended it to others. After being charged for a service I DID NOT receive AND misled while trying to resolve it, I’m beyond disappointed.

Never had these issues b4 the @taskrabbit acquisition.

I would also love to give kudos to @Burke_Williams, a wonderful spa in the same complex. Even being booked and busy, they made us feel welcome and like they were interested in proactively checking to see if they had availability. They offered stellar customer service.

If you’re looking for a nail salon in Woodland Hills, I DO NOT recommend @nailgarden at Topanga Village.

My mom is visiting me from out of town. Took her out for a special mommy-daughter date to get our nails done. They told us they were booked solid and couldn’t fit us in.

They finally said they could get us in the next day, but when you feel like you’re begging someone to let you spend your money with them, it’s just not worth it. Definitely not “a way better nail spa experience.”
