Any Press people after another #southeastern hostage story?
This train has been stuck on the fly-down between Lewisham and New cross for over 4 hours
At least one group has missed a long haul flight, barrister missed a case

Please help support the site. Just one more person and up to 60 lovely people. And I never do this, but a retweet would be fantastic :) https://t.co/xulB8xepJD
Wow. #southeastern have gone to new lows here
Yet more lies told to customers who complain.
Talk to your MP, make sure they don’t get the franchise again

And happy to share this template letter on here and the facebook group if you do write one - please share the tweet and maybe someone could help those victims of Southeastern’s service failure
Any solicitors/lawyers on here? Can the Consumer Rights Act 2015 be applied to last Friday’s railway shambles? There’s a right to compensation if so.
If anyone legal people could write a template letter to exercise CRA rights then this could benefit all & get decent compensation
