@Airtel_Presence Gave all my details, and every time you just say “please wait one more day.” No engineer is actually assigned, and when someone like Yuvaraj is assigned, he doesn’t even pick up calls. Just wasting the customer’s time. Worst service experience with @Airtel_Presence.
It’s been over a week since I first contacted @Airtel_Presence requesting an upgrade to my Airtel Xstream box. From day one, all they’ve done is raise complaint after complaint—literally one every single day—but they haven’t made any real effort to resolve the issue.
Frustrated, I escalated the issue and spoke to a supervisor, hoping that would speed things up or at least get some clarity. But even that didn’t help. No concrete steps have been taken, and I'm still stuck without the service I requested and paid for.
This has honestly been the worst customer support experience I’ve had with any DTH provider. There’s zero accountability, poor communication, and no sense of urgency to actually solve the customer’s problem. Really disappointed with how Airtel DTH has handled this.
Despite repeated follow-ups, no engineer has been assigned to come and set up the upgrade. I’ve been told every day that “it’s in progress” or that “an engineer will visit today,” but that never happens.
