Polymarket rigged a MicroStrategy Bitcoin sale market with $130M volume, but it wasn't the first time nor second time they did so.

They also rigged a Zelensky suit market, a market with ~$160M–$237M in volume.

Here's what happened :

The market asked: " will Zelensky be photographed/videotaped in a suit between May 22 and June 30, 2025? "

And he was reportedly seen wearing one during that window (around late June).

The market closed end of June, and the controversial "No" resolution came around July 8, 2025. Because Market should have been obvious "Yes".

That's when the big UMA whale voting and manipulation accusations blew up.

UMA holders later voted No, allegedly because major holders had money on "No" and used their voting power (~23M UMA tokens) to override reality and protect their bags.

And this is the issue with @Polymarket , their human-controlled oracle (UMA) decide disputed markets. And Big UMA holders (whales) can vote with their tokens to flip results in their favor.

It is a fatal flaw in human-controlled oracles: when the reward for cheating is higher than the cost, truth gets bought by the highest bidder.

Don't you think it's time to use AI-powered oracles yea ?

That kind of response honestly makes me even more upset.

“Changing things internally so this doesn’t happen again” sounds good for the future, but what about the people who were hurt this time?

Are we just supposed to disappear?

Some users lost life-changing money. Some may have been financially destroyed by this resolution.

And after all of that, from a company valued in the billions, all we get is one short sentence?

Future changes cannot replace accountability today.

If Polymarket admits this exposed a real problem, then affected users deserve a real response, a clear explanation, and a fair remedy.
