Everything is fresh, the only things I can think of currently that are frozen are meats (obv) stuffed shells/tortelloni/ravioli/stuffed apps, and gnocchi balls. That’s it, everything else, pasta/soups/sauces/lasa/veggies/breaded food are made from scratch, every morning
