@plies The last player of the week Caitlin won was because she put up numbers against three playoff teams back to back to back. You're just spreading lies.
@RoosterPrime She won player of the week last week against three playoff teams…she is a great player …you guys don’t need to jump through hoops and narratives to deny it. It’s getting ridiculous.
“We’ve never had anybody have a spotlight on them like this in the WNBA before..People I like, WNBA analysts are so almost angry with her all the time…She’s really a great thing for the WNBA and not everybody feels that way and that makes me sad”…
“I don't think that you can make a compelling argument that Caitlin Clark is a top-four guard in the WNBA.”
@DavidDTSS speaks on Caitlin Clark's hype coming into the league 👀
@Boredy_Mcbored@HalBateman4 This is so disingenuous the whole team played horrible defense last night and she played only played like 15 minutes. It’s being overblown. Gabby Williams has been dominating Rhyne in their matchups. Every guard gets taken to the rack 😆. She deff has gotten better.
The conversation has now somehow turned to the idea that the all-time leading scorer in NCAA men's or women's basketball, who took Iowa to its first Final Four in more than 30 years, is not that impressive. You don’t need to like her, but this is so dishonest.
According to @sports_ref Iowa women’s basketball has played 45 seasons & made the tournament in 32 of them but apparently the program didn’t exist before Caitlin Clark. Okay.
@Ser_Dweeb @FeverBallUp2 Let me rephrase... I don't think the team is like ... we lost because Caitlin is trying to dominate as she did at Iowa. Not saying she can't get better with that. Just think they have other bigger/glaring issues.
@Ser_Dweeb @FeverBallUp2 Yeah, I think Kelsey played like 3 min in that fourth quarter, right..so not too much? Got two free throws and an assist to KK. But I get what you're saying. I just don't know if the team thinks that's much of an issue.
