Not a knock on MAPPA who did a fantastic job with this episode but I'm now kinda realizing the potential the anime lost after changing Erens expression in ep5 :/
Both scenes were about "that sight" and Eren had the same expression both in adult and child form. Not anymore, sad.

2) Love isn't always a good thing, it can be abusive and toxic. Time and time again we see people being abused and feeling trapped, because of their love to the abuser. In fact in the same chapter Mikasa literally calls it a long nightmare.
