@Vodacom I recently upgraded my contract on December 22nd 2025. Im supposed to pay R379 pm for 36 months. Someone decided to terminate my contract without my consent and I was debited 14811- money I'm supposed over 36 months . My debit orders are bouncing. My kids school fees haven't been
@Vodacom Do anything they want with clients accounts and no one is taking accountability. How am I supposed to go through the month of February?what are my kids supposed to eat? Iam done with you
@Vodacom Iam utterly disappointed in Vodacom. You treat your clients like nothing. You may be South Africa's leading network, you are just trash yourselves. I have had a query with you since end November and till date it hasn't been resolved and to top it off your consultants
@Vodacom Paid. I haven't bought food at home...all this due to negligence on your side. Had I known this would happen I never would have upgraded. Your customer service is very poor. I called to enquire and keep getting transferred to different departments.
@Vodacom your customer service is very useless. I called in on November 30th to inquire about increasing my home router data from 600gig to 1Tb. The instalment I was given was too high and advised the agent I was talking to ,to leave my contract as it is. The agent activated
To send an email to [email protected] and ask for my refund. This was done on January 4th and it is the 14th today and I still haven't received my refund. I have sent my bank statement and proof that the December debit order was inclusive of the new line.
However my debit order still included the new line. I was further told that someone has to credit the additional amount and my issue was escalated. However the debit order went off and I was only credited afterwards. I was requested to send an email
The agent activated the new line without my consent. My debit order for the month of December was inclusive of the line I didn't consent to. I was told to get an affidavit done and send to your forensics department, which I did and was told my issue has been resolved.
You can’t fix a justice system that can’t even protect the people trying to save it. In this cut, @DasenThathiah and @pule_jones confront one of the darkest truths exposed by the Madlanga Commission: whistleblowers are not safe in South Africa. Death threats. Hitlists. Witnesses unable to see their own children for months. A protection system stretched to breaking point. Until whistleblowers are protected, accountability is impossible. Watch the full episode to understand the crisis; and what must change.
