91% агентств у США вже працюють з GenAI.
Скільки в Україні? Ніхто не вимірював.
Проводжу перше дослідження AI в українських креативних агентствах.

I'm 17 years deep in the creative industry, now learning the machine from the inside. Writing about the switch — what breaks, what holds, what surprises — on my Substack ↓

Two AI nightmares. Same fear. Opposite directions.
Nightmare 1: You wake up. Three new models dropped overnight. Someone on X already built a competitor to your side project using a framework that didn't exist at dinner. You haven't had coffee yet.
Nightmare 2: You fall asleep — and it's all gone. Claude, GPT, Midjourney. Vanished. Just you, a blinking cursor, and whatever craft you had before the machines showed up. You wake up in a cold sweat — not because the tech disappeared, but because you're not sure what's left without it.
Living inside either fear means missing the taste of life entirely.
But it's a remarkably good motivator to keep a craft. Something analog. Something that doesn't need a server, an API key, or a subscription tier.
Call it a backup plan. Call it dignity.
Friday night. Normally I’d write about a concert or a movie.
But Valencia keeps giving me different material — three AI talks, zero hype slides, and a head full of crystal lattices and energy grids by midnight.

3 months into a Computer Science master's. 17+ years in the creative industry.
The biggest insight so far isn't technical. It's personal.
You give machines a role, context, task, constraints, desired output. Every day. Then you realise: you've never done this for yourself.
You — 39 trillion gut bacteria, two competing brain-computers, 60,000 daily thoughts (mostly reruns), and zero admin access.
Every morning this system boots up with no prompt from you. Then news hits, a relative DDoS-es you with love, and your own doubt runs like a process you can't kill.
Write your own boot sequence. Prompt yourself.

A job post in a nomad group just split the AI market in half.
It wasn’t looking for people who “use AI.”
It was looking for people who build with it — model in the back-end, not just in the workflow.
That’s not a hiring filter. That’s a fault line.
“Uses AI” is the new “proficient in Microsoft Office.”
“Builds with AI” is where the market is moving.
I wrote about what this means for anyone navigating AI from the outside in — creative directors, strategists, consultants, switchers.
5 questions I now ask before trusting any AI product or opportunity.

Marina Ovsyannikova is an odious figure of russian propaganda. We are convinced that her mission in Europe and the entire world is to try to reduce pressure on russia, to ease sanctions for the sake of "good russians", "for the sake of innocent russian children".@DavidMuir
