Ha sido realmente asombroso el nivel mostrado por Hugo Galdeano en el torneo de pretemporada en Asia. Se nota que estamos ante un talento especial: controles, regates, giros, recursos técnicos… tiene una capacidad diferencial con balón.

Pero si algo llama especialmente la atención es su carácter y su trabajo sin balón. Pocas veces he visto a un niño tan bajito y de perfil tan creativo/ofensivo luchar y pelear cada balón de esa manera. Talento + trabajo + esfuerzo.

Con paciencia, porque es su primer año de Infantil, pero desde luego no estamos ante uno más. Hay algo diferente.

Además, muchas veces se confunde ser bajito con ser débil físicamente, y Hugo es todo lo contrario. Es un jugador muy fuerte, especialmente en el tren inferior, y llega antes que muchos a los duelos no solo por estar siempre vivo y ser tremendamente competitivo, sino también por su fuerza.

Tiene ese gen andaluz de los Fermín y Gavi: ultra competitivo, intenso y con una mentalidad de no dar un balón por perdido. Si a eso le sumamos su talento y, todo sigue su curso, ojo con lo que puede venir en los próximos años.

Ahora toca disfrutar, tener paciencia y seguir creciendo. Veremos con el paso de los años hasta dónde llega este chavalín malagueño.
