On 1 June, I exposed a R38 million borehole in Waterworks that the City drilled and abandoned in October 2025.

Today, I returned and announced that we’re finishing what the City of Joburg refused to do. With the help of generous Joburgers, we will ensure this borehole project is complete so that the people here can finally have water.
