@kaygdotorg@squeakytoy@mattcassinelli I was thinking about making a simple sync app that exposes the content of the Obsidian vault to Spotlight by using the APIs in iOS 27 and open source it.
@heyderekj Lovely, really great! Would you mind sharing how you’re getting access to the bibles content? I was thinking about one for kids, but couldn’t figure out the licensing.
@mattcassinelli Nice, going to look for it later. Btw, love your content about App Intents, and really excited to implement all of it in apps I'm working on right now.
Like, if you decided that you’re going to have a certain feature, but that some part of this feature will come later, if it knows this, it becomes a selling point, like “Split bills easily, group splitting comes later”. I don’t know what the hell it’s thinking, and drives me mad!
I’m going to test this Skill and see how it works for frontend, but I have one question to you all: have y’all noticed that Codex puts, all of the time, little comments in the middle of the interface, about implementation details, and make it sound like a “feature”?
CODEX SKILL FOR FRONTENDS THAT DON’T LOOK
AI-GENERATED
@MengTo posted a killer breakdown on avoiding AI slop in landing pages.
I turned it into a Codex skill.
Point Codex at your landing page and it audits:
-> typography + letter spacing
-> fake-looking images
-> generic AI sections
-> weak visual hierarchy
-> mobile polish
-> missing human details
Install:
`npx --yes mengtofrontend@latest`
100% open source.

@PaulSolt@thsottiaux I had an issue with my login and had to log out and login on my Mac. The Codex on iPhone never resumed connection. Tried to remove every mobile connection possible, but there’s no way to remove it from the iPhone, so I can’t get it to pair again.
@dshan@nbaschez That’s really interesting, I’m working on something similar at work. But I was wondering, are you doing anything to make it truly multi-tenant? Make sure that someone’s agent only has access and permissions that are relevant for their role?
