The study reveals that the fall of the Berlin Wall led to a sudden stagnation in salaries for West Berliners compared to a scenario where the Wall had stayed up. 📉🧱

Fun fact: Since the introduction of the euro 💶 in 2002, only PIGS countries, named due to their economic struggles suring the 2008 crisis, have won the Euros.
- Portugal 🇵🇹 in 2016,

- Spain 🇪🇸 in 2008, 2012 & 2024.
