@EmiratesSupport @BusinessClass__ There is nothing to complain about. Except making your customer a fool. Where on earth has that been heard of before! You either give a business class service or not. Selling an upgrade for business class and then tagging “as not business class”.. i wonder what you sold me!!!

Worst “kazık” ever as we say in Turkish. Shame on you @emirates for providing an upgrade with charging £670 and not letting use the lounge. Is that reserved for bloody aliens?!?!

When i asked the receptionist, who the lounge was for? The answer was even worse. @BusinessClass__
