@Payoneer @Payoneer_Help I need urgent assistance regarding an unfair account suspension and extremely poor customer service.
I have been a loyal Payoneer customer for many years. As an illustrator, the sole purpose of my account has always been receiving legitimate payouts from major platforms like Shutterstock, iStock, and Adobe Stock.
Recently, my physical card expired, and I simply wanted to renew it. I requested a new card and was asked to provide my address and a photo. Immediately after submitting this, my account was completely blocked without any explanation. All my official identity documents (including my Ukrainian passports) are 100% valid and up to date.
Furthermore, I have around $200–$230 left on my balance. They locked my funds and gave me absolutely no opportunity to withdraw or transfer my money.
What is most frustrating is that when I contact support to clarify the situation, they refuse to provide any explanation. They simply close my support tickets immediately without giving any answers.
Blocking a long-term, compliant user during a routine card renewal, freezing their money without a chance to withdraw it, and ghosting them by closing tickets is unacceptable. Please review my case and help me restore access to my account. ⁠#Payoneer
