@Verizon seriously your customer service is a joke. I have a phone thats been paid off for 8 months now and it still shows a owed balance, over 8 reps have failed completely to help. One of them made changes to my account that aren't right. And the main issue still exists

@Verizon is this normal 😂 I have been with verizon for 5+ years, spending over 6k a year, they messed up a payment arrangement, its been paid off since November yet still showing balance, chat was responding within 3 minutes every time till I told them I was screenshoting
