Rwanda has proved is more democratic than Uganda.
Recently Uganda had a local village election. (LC1) but the worst that happened in that election has never been seen anywhere.
The Killings, announcing losers as winners, the bribes, the petitions. In a village election there wasn't even a single democratic thing. One with less votes was the one getting announced.
But the country we say is being ruled by a dictator, just held a village election (LC1).
It was peaceful, no bribes, no announcing loser as a winner. No killing each other. Just losing in harmony and everyone goes home happy.
It's a big challenge to uganda, no democracy no achievement. At least have one.
Congratulations Rwanda.
These are Rwanda govt projects. Govt is building houses for those who can't afford to have a house to live in.
Kagame was a God sent to Rwanda, i don't care about his dictatorship as long as is working for the people.
What do we want as citizens? Better Life.
Why do we vote? We vote to have leaders who can give us a better life.
Are Chinese fighting to get Xi Jinping out of power? Why yet they have no democracy? Are Russians?
All I care about is a leader who works for his people not one who say his not our servant.

RWANDA EXCLUSIVE: BEHEADING OF EX-RWANDAN SOLDIER ROBERT KABERA POINTS TO OPPOSITION SCORE-SETTLING NOT GOVERNMENT NEW EVIDENCE REVEAL
The brutal killing of former Rwanda Defence Force Sergeant Major Robert Kabera has triggered fresh scrutiny that challenges the familiar narrative. His headless body was discovered in Luwala village, Mpigi District, Uganda, on 17 October 2026 after he went missing the night before. Uganda Police confirm the head has not been recovered and investigations continue with no suspects publicly named. Yet emerging accounts and testimony from two sources who spoke exclusively to Facts On Rwanda suggest the real story lies inside opposition ranks rather than any order from the Rwandan Government.
Kabera, once an instructor and soloist with the Army Jazz Band which made him popular in the country, left Rwanda in November 2020 after the military opened a probe into allegations of indecent acts involving a close family member. He denied the claims and crossed into Uganda, where he sought asylum, declared himself a dissident, and later moved among opposition circles. In exile he built a social-media presence criticising the Government while also recording private exchanges that later surfaced. Those recordings and accounts circulating in Kinyarwanda networks show him revealing that he was accused by members of the Rwanda National Congress, the group led by Gen. Kayumba Nyamwasa who is based in South Africa, of being a fake opposition figure. He was directed to carry out certain actions and warned he would be killed if he refused.
Two sources, one based in Rwanda and another from opposition circles in South Africa, both insisted on remaining anonymous. They explained to Facts On Rwanda that the way Rwandan intelligence and exile organisations operate makes it common for new arrivals to be tested or suspected of infiltration. Kabera’s rapid integration raised those suspicions. Opposition members stay vigilant precisely because they believe the Government has used planted dissidents to monitor and disrupt their activities abroad. According to the sources, once Kabera was viewed as unreliable or compromised, the decision to eliminate him became logical within that environment.
Additional claims amplify the internal feud. A Mozambique-based "Kagame critic" has stated that Kabera shared sensitive information with the family of the late businessman Assinapol Rwigara, confirming that Nyamwasa had ordered the 2019 disappearance of singer Ben Rutabana, who was Adeline Rwigara’s brother and had been involved in opposition plans. When that leak was traced, a squad was tasked with removing Kabera, knowing the killing would be blamed on President Kagame.
Timing and place strengthen the alternative reading. The murder occurred only days after Rwanda announced its historic Formula 1 African Grand Prix agreement. A chilling beheading of a self-styled dissident inside neighbouring Uganda, at the exact moment global attention focused on the country’s progress, served the opposition’s long-standing interest in damaging the Government’s international image and straining ties with neighbours. No rational calculation by the Government would produce such a high-visibility act at that precise moment in a friendly neighbouring state.
Ugandan police continue their investigation. The recordings, the internal accusations, and the accounts given to Facts On Rwanda remain subject to full verification. What is already clear is that the simplest explanation may not be the accurate one. #FactsOnRwanda

• #Rwanda, Ghana, and Benin have completed the first phase of a pilot demonstrating how their national digital identity systems can verify identities across borders without relying on a centralised African database.
• The pilot, coordinated by Smart Africa, connected the three countries through the Smart Africa Data Exchange (SADX) and demonstrated end-to-end verification using synthetic data in a controlled testing environment.
• The system could eventually allow citizens to verify their identities when travelling or accessing services such as banking and hotel check-ins, subject to national regulations.
• Smart Africa said the model is designed to let countries retain control of their national databases while securely exchanging verification requests.
• The initiative could eventually extend to verifying academic qualifications, professional credentials and vaccination records across countries.
