So, when I was 22, I spent half a year training with them in a Burmese monastery.

My biggest insight and transformation was NOT what I expected.

Here's what it is:

(a-3)*(b-2)= (6*7)-26= 16
The difference between these 2 equations gives (b-2)= 4
