My 3 kids were on lockdown during Sandy Hook, when I was a young mom fearing for their life. Gun violence traumatizes in many different ways. Shannon’s story ultimately brought me into this fight to end gun violence. I’ll never stop.

Mother's Day was unbearable.

My 9yo son, Eli, died 8 months ago from a brain tumor. He LOVED you!!
His favorite song was #JustTheWayYouAre, he would say "eyes, eyes" when he was a baby.
