I'll be attending transform_D Summit 2026 in Berlin on June 18th and 19th.
Looking forward to exploring how AI, innovation, and community-driven approaches can create more inclusive workforce opportunities. 🌍

Good news stories about the labour market can sometimes get overlooked.
Germany’s unemployment rate fell unexpectedly in May. It’s a reminder that workforce conversations shouldn’t only focus on challenges, but also on helping more people access opportunity.
AI’s speeding up change inside companies, but most organisations can’t adapt fast enough.
Companies still treat transformation like a one-time project, when it’s really becoming a never-ending process - shaping how people work, and how humans and technology work together.
When even the Vatican is warning about AI, you know this conversation is becoming much bigger than technology. AI won’t pause for anyone, and the real question is whether the systems around it make people feel valued and included, not disposable. https://t.co/H79glpf4a9
Germany’s always talking about labour shortages, but honestly, there’s already so much talent here. Getting new talent is only half the story. The bigger issue is opening doors for people already here.
