I'm going to challenge this by next week. Although I fully agree in principle for existing applications, dynamic interfaces at least theoretically enable development of completely new ux's, which can be taken advantage of, and unlock a field of products that are outside the norms
there are zero dynamic interfaces or apps that tailor themselves to the user that i know of
