@takaoka_tokyo Not at all, it actually makes it easier to convey emotion if anything, at least the way i see it. When the language has many suddent stops, it becomes more apparent when people want to be friendlier by attempting to make the pronunciation smoother and softer, wich adds character

@takaoka_tokyo @harukaawake If i were to describe, when compared to langiages like Chinese and Korean, Japanese sounds more "square", because the sylables almost always have a suddent stop. It's the oposite with Korean and Chinese, where they sound "too fluid" to be comfotable listening to.
