@_abyssmalbeings we honestly kind of obsess over it but that’s also because we are big on documentation and trying to track changes in the system. trying to take note of these things usually helps our dissociation since we are polyfrag. and having some distinction between alters is helpful to us

@swockethater42 my partner is actually trying to get into a PHD program to do more research on dissociation in non-plural disorders! the only problem with that is trying to find someone to work under…. who also has interest in dissociation. there unfortunately are not many options.
