@ShormiWrites That's the lacuna of giving part OC (phase wise) which these both authorities r giving under PSP Scheme. In such scheme only basic facilities drainage, electricity, community area are mandatory not Fire NOC or safety audits. Non payment of dues makes it more prone to sufferings.
