Is there a folder of everything that binnie has ever written and captured through photograph....its been years and I have lost them in my phone transfers.....if anyone has it, please let me know.......
I can't handle how negatively people treat kind humans. Exactly why I have started being neutral- neither kind nor unkind. I sometimes wish Eunwoo was not so kind, not so prone to responsibility taking because what did he mean that he will self- reflect. Sir, you country should.
Happppyyyy Birthdayyyyy to myyy Eunwoooo!!!!! I am so happy that you exist. Thank you for coming into my life and bringing astro into my life too🎇🎇🩷💜🩷💙💙💙💙
The article argues that in the case of #ChaEunwoo, the media transformed an unconfirmed tax assessment notice into a narrative of criminal guilt.
It emphasizes that no court ruling or final tax assessment had been issued. The investigation was still in its administrative stages including preliminary notice and opportunity to respond yet headlines used terms like “tax evasion” and highlighted the ₩20 billion figure in a way that implied wrongdoing. Even the mention of the National Tax Service’s Investigation Division 4 was framed as if it signaled criminal liability, when in fact it does not constitute a legal judgment.
The piece questions how a procedural tax review was prematurely treated as a verdict. It argues that the media erased the distinction between notice and conviction, skipped due process, and created an atmosphere of guilt before any conclusion was reached.
As a result, social and professional consequences program adjustments, advertising changes, and public backlash reportedly began before any official determination. The core concern is not just one individual, but a broader media practice: when unconfirmed administrative processes are translated into criminal narratives, punishment can precede proof.

KOREA TAXPAYERS ASSOCIATION PRESS RELEASE EXCERPT
In particular, the federation stated that “the fact that 30-40% of taxpayers win through appeals or tax lawsuits after tax imposition is clear evidence that additional tax collection cannot be immediately determined to be ‘illegal tax evasion’.” It added that this also means that there is a significant possibility that the tax assessment itself is wrong‼️
The federation analyzed three reasons why these misunderstandings are repeated.
1) This is because the basic concepts of taxes and taxpayer rights such as “tax information confidentiality, the right to appeal, and the principle of due process” are not properly taught in school education. As a result, the public tends to misunderstand that “if the National Tax Service collects taxes, the taxpayer is being criticized.”
2) Media reports simplify tax issues into two concepts: "tax avoidance" and "tax evasion." This process fails to adequately account for the intervening issues, such as unintentional errors and disputes over legal interpretation, creating a structure in which all additional tax collections are perceived as tax evasion.
3) The public opinion that “the rich evade taxes through tricks” can create an environment favorable to strengthening taxation power and promoting legislation, but for this reason, there are criticisms that the National Tax Service is reluctant to actively convey the message that “tax collection is not the same as tax evasion” he explained .
The federation emphasized that to understand tax issues, it is essential to distinguish between the following four concepts:
① Tax savings
② Unintentional errors that cannot be blamed
③ Intentional tax evasion subject to criminal punishment
④ Tax evasion in the gray area ( unconventional tax avoidance using loopholes in tax laws )
However, in reality, these four are not properly distinguished, and when additional tax is collected, all cases are often lumped together as “intentional tax evasion” leading to social criticism, he said.
The federation emphasized that “when ignorance and distorted perception of tax issues are combined, taxpayers who are not legally confirmed are repeatedly branded as ‘tax evaders in society’ and that “this can lead to defamation and human rights violations, and also has a negative impact on the formation of a fair tax culture.”
Lastly, the federation stated, “Taxpayer rights and due process must be respected during the tax assessment process, and even if additional tax collection occurs, there is a need for social awareness to specifically investigate the cause.”
He also added, “The media, educational institutions, and tax authorities must all strengthen their efforts to correct the simple misconception that ‘additional collection = tax evasion’.”
IN SHORT: Additional collection is NOT tax evasion‼️ Everyone should educate themselves‼️

#ChaEunwoo’s case is a prime example of that protection working. His main agency, Fantagio, went through major turmoil with shareholder changes and CEO firings, which could’ve stalled his work (no new albums, dramas, ads). But because he had his own separate one-person agency (linked to his mother), he could keep negotiating deals directly landing commercials, dramas that became hits, and keeping his career thriving without interruption. It wasn’t a “shell” for dodging taxes; it provided actual risk management and let him stay active.
The NTS, however, views many of these setups (including his) as mostly or purely for tax avoidance/evasion calling them “in name only” or paper companies with no real business activity (e.g., no proper office, registered at odd places like a family restaurant). They reclassified his income as personal (higher tax rate), slapped on back taxes plus penalties, totaling that huge 20 billion won bill. This has happened to other stars too, where some paid up quietly in the past.
But here’s where Cha Eunwoo looks wronged‼️ This isn’t isolated “celebrity greed, it’s an industry-wide system that’s been standard for years, even recognized and registered by government bodies. The tax rules haven’t caught up to how the entertainment world actually works now (with the Korean Wave boom, celebrities as solo brands, and division-of-labor between big agencies and personal ones). The NTS seems to be aggressively targeting these as an easy way to plug government budget shortfalls, treating them like honey pots to collect from whenever needed without clear, consistent guidelines on what’s legitimate vs. evasion. Industry groups (like the Korea Management Federation / KMF) have pushed back with statements explaining that these companies do real work (brand management, risk hedging), aren’t just money-suckers, and calling for clearer taxation standards rather than blanket crackdowns.
In short: Cha Eunwoo isn’t some master criminal avoiding taxes. He followed a widespread, practical industry practice that saved his career during agency chaos. The real issue is outdated tax rules clashing with modern celebrity business models. By challenging this aggressively, his case could help force clearer rules and fairer reforms for everyone in the industry, preventing arbitrary hits in the future. It’s definitely not rich star dodging taxes but more smart tax planning in light of an outdated tax system which needs updating to match reality.

Let’s be honest , the timing isn’t a coincidence. Fans were just discussing a potential “Cha Eunwoo Law” centered on fair tax reform after hearing the positive discussions at the National Assembly forum. And within days the media suddenly spins it into a so called “Cha Eunwoo Prevention Act”? That’s not neutral reporting, that’s narrative control and it’s very odd.
That shift feels intentional. When something starts trending and gaining traction, all of a sudden opposing narratives flood the media cycle and attempt to redefine it? It comes across as coordinated and unfair. It reads less like journalism and more like an attempt to intimidate and redirect public opinion.
If calling for clearer laws and due process triggers this level of pushback, that says more about the system than the fans. We won’t be drowned out by sensational framing. Truth and reform don’t disappear just because they try to make their headlines louder. We will keep being vocal 📢💛

I’m seeing a lot of QRTs misunderstanding or dismissing Mel’s post, so I want to clarify what a lot of people are not understanding.
What she’s explaining is based on factual points, not speculation.
• One person agencies are legal and commonly used in the entertainment industry. Many artists create them to manage their brand and business activities
• Cha Eunwoo has paid his taxes. What is currently being discussed is an assessment review regarding whether additional taxes should be owed, which is still under administrative review and not a final ruling.
• Industry organizations in Korea have been calling for clearer tax regulations for years because the current system lacks clear guidance for artists operating businesses.
This is also why international fans should care. Korean fans themselves have asked global fans to help amplify their voices on this issue because it affects the broader entertainment industry and public, not just one person.
Another important point Mel is making is about how the media narrative is being shaped. Many headlines are pushing one perception of the situation while articles, expert commentary, and policy discussions that provide context or are more favorable to Eunwoo are receiving far less attention.
You can look through many of our pages and see that we’ve been sharing and translating articles that aren’t being amplified by major media outlets, even though they provide important context. When certain perspectives dominate headlines while others are ignored, that’s a form of media framing that people should be aware of.
She isn’t telling people what to think. She’s saying open your eyes and do your own research.
If you don’t fully understand the situation, that’s okay. Ask questions. Learn. If taxation or corporate structures aren’t something you’re familiar with, that’s okay too. It’s a complex topic.
But before reacting and making an ignorant statement, please take the time to read the resources and sources and look into the topic for yourself.
Dismissing someone’s explanation without reading the information provided is not a valid counterargument.
So yes please open your eyes. It’s an important conversation that affects not just one artist, but the broader industry.
I just know that he will appear strong and stand his ground because that is the kind of will power he is and if his public image could be destroyed so easily, it would have many years ago. He is one of the most scandal free top actors and idols of his era for a reason.
The truth is that he is being fiercely defended by many in the industry which does not usually happen in cases when a celebrity is truly in the wrong because people try to dissociate themselves from that person. That in itself should be a testament of who he is as a person
As we near the end of the pre-assessment review, the sudden spike in defamatory articles isn't a coincidence. It's a pressure tactic. The media and institutions know that a celebrity's biggest asset is their public image so they weaponize it. They are trying to exhaust Eunwoo into yielding and paying the penalty just to make the defamation stop.
They are attacking him so harshly because they are afraid of the precedent he is about to set. For years, the easiest way to control celebrities has been through the threat of scrutiny and ruined reputations. By fighting back, Eunwoo is showing that public figures have a right to due process. If he wins, he ruins their playbook and becomes a catalyst for other celebrities to finally stand up to media intimidation

I really need EVERYONE to understand what's going on here. This affects ALL Korean celebrities, including actors and K-pop idols. THIS ISN'T JUST A CHA EUNWOO FAN ISSUE!
Right-wing South Korean politicians are using Cha Eunwoo's situation, and invoking KEMA, to overstep the KMF's call for tax reform on an unregulated system. The South Korean Government does NOT want this fixed because then they would lose the ability to incorrectly frame Celebrities as tax evaders to create a scandal to cover up their own Government's scandals. Entertainment Agencies also do NOT want this fixed because they want to maintain control over celebrities.
Let me explain:
1. It is totally normal for artists to open 1-person agencies for their solo careers. Most A-list Hallyu actors and idols have them to protect their personal brand so their signed agency doesn't have full control over them. This is a system used in most countries. But the National Tax Service (NTS) refuses to write clear tax rules for 1-person agencies in South Korea. Instead, the NTS waits years, secretly makes up new rules depending on who they are auditing, and slaps celebs with massive tax bills based on rules that never existed. Entertainment agencies LOVE this because the constant threat of a random tax evasion scandal makes opening a 1-person agency terrifying, keeping top stars trapped in their original contracts.
2. NTS literally get a 10% performance bonus for the money they collect. So, they secretly leak the celeb's name and amount to the press to trigger a massive public witch hunt, even though IT IS ILLEGAL TO LEAK THIS INFO. The celeb is forced to pay the insane fine just to save their careers, and the NTS secures their payout. Meanwhile, the celeb's entertainment agency sits back and lets the media tear the star apart, even using their own resources to increase media output, using the crisis to remind the celeb how much they "need" the agency's PR protection.
3. The KMF (who protects idols and managers) has been begging the government to just write clear tax laws so artists can operate safely. But the government is instead using KEMA (who protect traditional entertainment agencies) to block reform. KEMA wants independent 1-person agencies to fail so that stars are forced to stay trapped.
If this is all true, then why are they not being called out?
THEY ARE!! But the Government and Entertainment companies control the media, and GP do not pay attention to the niche financial media outlets and journals that the articles are being written in. The articles are there, they are just being IGNORED. Search "tax" in @ChaEunwooINTL and they are ALL There, translated, with sources.
The government and Ent agencies keep this tax system unregulated on purpose. The second a political or agency scandal happens, they just drop a "celeb tax evasion" headline. The media attacks them, the public gets distracted, and the government quietly handles their scandal.
Entertainment agencies support this system because then they get to maintain control of their celebs by helping create scandals privately, and then later "fix" their public image making the celeb reliant on them. 1-person agencies also threaten their business because they do NOT want celebrities to have more control than them.
Cha Eunwoo is being USED by FANTAGIO to cover up their own, and Namgoong Kyun's, tax scandal, and by the GOVERNMENT to submit a bill to be able to OFFICIALLY label celebs as tax evaders to punish them harder and UNJUSTLY. The ONLY reason this issue is ongoing is because Cha Eunwoo is FIGHTING it, while his agency and the GOVERNMENT are using his fame to push more control over ALL CELEBRITIES.
The fact that Cha Eunwoo is fighting it isn't being reported on BECAUSE ENTERTAINMENT AGENCIES AND THE GOVT CONTROL THE MEDIA!!!! They do NOT want Eunwoo's side clarified.
I need EVERYONE to wake up!!!
